Do I still have to send in reports or report changes during the COVID-19 pandemic?

The county offices are relaxing your reporting requirements for March, April and May.  If you received a semi-annual report or annual renewal, you are not required to respond.  Of course, you can do so if you want, but there is no guarantee that the county will process the changes that you reported. 

If you have changes that would increase your benefits such as your income going down or adding someone else to your household who does not have income, you need to report those changes separately to the county. 

You still need to report mandatory changes, including when have a large increase in income bringing you above the Income Reporting Threshold (IRT).  Please keep in mind that your federal stimulus check/benefit does not count as income.
