If you are unable to make phone or in-person appointments during the day due to work, school, disability, or another similar reason, please call LSNC’s evening intake line any time at (866) 815-5990 to leave a message, and someone will return your call within one to two business days. A request for help with an open case or an eviction that was filed in court (unlawful detainer) must go through your local office during the day.
Housing, public benefits (food stamps, calworks, general assistance/relief, child care, social security, SSI), health care benefits, unemployment claims, clean slate (criminal records clean-up such as "expungement"), immigration (naturalization, green card renewals, U-visas), special senior issues (advanced healthcare directives, powers of attorney, planning for incapacity, elder abuse, consumer rights and scams targeting seniors), education (individualized education plans, discipline, access to education).
